Name that Test. Revisited.

After discussing the PACT replacement situation with a friend who happens to be a public school third grade teacher, she informed me that she and several of her colleagues rejected the list of finalist names and came up with their own name for the new test.
It will be the “South Carolina Assessment Measure” or SCAM.

UPDATE: It’s always good to see folks agree with us like the FITSNews gang did here about this post and this one. It’s comforting to know that others also think this state has some skewed priorities.
