Sic Willie Will Have to Save the Country

Yesterday, the AP reported that a group of Hurricane Katrina “victims” filed suit against the federal government for its handling of the storm’s aftermath.

One of the plaintiffs is requesting damages in the sum of $3,014,170,389,176,410 or just over $3 quadrillion dollars.

Should the courts find in that plaintiff’s favor, we can only hope that FITSNews editor, man-about-town, and eternal heartbreaker Will Folks can save this great nation from irreparable financial ruin.

Unfortunately, the United States’ GDP as of 2007 was a mere $13.2 trillion.

Fortunately, since Sic Willie is an island unto himself, his net worth of eleventy kabillion dollars is not factored in with that number and could, if necessary, save these fifty states from doom and even fund a green bean museum with some of the left over money.

Save us, Sic Willie.
